The Municipality of the District of Chester (MODC) invites proposals from qualified communications and marketing professionals to provide Communications and Marketing Planning services as outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). 

The successful consultant should have expertise in various communications and marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • Development of Communications Plans and timelines.
  • Design and development of promotional materials for municipal programs and events.
  • Content creation for newsletters, websites, and social media channels.
  • Development of social media strategies and content including videography for municipal communications.
  • Branding and visual identity projects.
