This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Municipality of the District of Chester (“MODC”), on behalf of the Recreation Facility Steering Committee (RFSC), to prospective bidders to submit proposals for the provision of planning and design concepts for a new Multi-Purpose Recreation Facility within the Chester, Nova Scotia region.
