This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) MODC-T-2024-017B is an invitation by the Municipality of the District of Chester (“MODC”), on behalf of the Chester Fire Services Committee ("CFSC"), to prospective bidders to submit proposals for the provision of Project Management services for construction of a new fire station in the Village of Chester, as further described in Part 4 RFP Deliverables. A separate RFP will be issued for Project Design Services for the project as RFP MODC-T-2024-017A. Please note: bidders must choose whether to respond to this Project Management Services RFP or the related Design Services RFP. Bids from the same or closely related proponents for both RFPs will not be accepted. |
