The Municipality of the District of Chester (MODC) invites submissions for the construction of the Village of Chester Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade. The project is located at 51 Nauss Point Road, Chester, Nova Scotia. The project involves supply and installation of new concrete tankage, pre-purchased process equipment, site access, and parking, yard piping, and process buildings. The Work also includes the decommissioning and demolition of existing concrete tanks and concrete ditch and removal of existing process equipment. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited to site grading, drainage, and site improvements; gravel access road; relocation and expansion of retaining wall; interior and exterior walls, doors, windows, roof, complete with coatings and paint where applicable; mechanical systems as specified; extension of existing site water service; interior and exterior electrical systems and lighting; process control and instrumentation system; and all work as specified in the Project Drawings.
