The Municipality of the District of Chester (“MODC”) invites qualified consulting firms with demonstrated municipal finance and ERP advisory experience to conduct a comprehensive needs analysis to inform MODC’s future financial system strategy (the “Services”). The outcome will include a current‑state assessment, requirements catalogue, options analysis (including indicative costs), an implementation roadmap, and draft procurement materials to support a subsequent system acquisition.
